Since that beginning I have continued to study and have become a Certified Wellness Chiropractor. With this knowledge, I am able to assist you in assessing the stress of your life and how to reduce it. Stress can be physical (trauma, subluxation), physiological (toxins, nutrition, virus, bacteria), and/or emotional (thoughts).
