My name is Tammy Hursman, I have been a massage therapist and a CranioSacral Therapist for 12 yrs. I studied at UCMT, Utah College of Massage Therapy, and have continued my education through the Upledger Institute in CST, CranioSacral Therapy. I own and operate Heart & Hands Massage based in Casselton. I work in Enderlin on Mondays (9-2). My focus on your needs start the day you become my client.

Heidi Aspelund is no stranger to North Dakota, having been raised on a farm outside of Leonard, ND. She has spent many years in Minnesota with her husband Derek Aspelund. She and her husband and three boys moved back to North Dakota in 2006.

Aspelund’s experience includes attending Centerpoint School of Massage and Shiatsu in Minneapolis in 2003. She enjoys helping people achieve a better quality of life through massage ever since graduating. Her experience has been varied, from working for chiropractors, spas, for some of the Minnesota Vikings and has also operated her own business in her home.

Heidi said that whether her clients want relaxation or very specific help regaining mobility in their muscles and joints, she can tailor her sessions to fit their needs. She also gives pregnancy massages and performs foot reflexology.
